罗菲（b.1982）：策展人、写作者、“抚仙AiR”驻地计划联合发起人。
罗菲曾任昆明TCG诺地卡文化中心艺术总监（2007-2019），丽江工作室“江湖”项目总监（2005-2006）。罗菲是云南众多艺术展览、驻地项目的组织者和参与者，具有丰富的策展及国际跨文化交流经验。他近年来持续关注全球流动与剧变下的地方（云南），积极推动社群的在地实践与对话，通过梳理地方线索与个案，重新确认地方实践及其生成的路径。罗菲近期主要策划的展览及项目有“抚仙AiR”驻地计划、“大池巡游记”、“风景后”等。
Luo Fei (b. 1982): curator, writer, and co-initiator of “Fuxian Arist-in-Residence” Project (Fuxian AiR).
Luo Fei previously has been the artistic director of TCG Nordica Cultural Center in Kunming(2007-2019) and the project director of Lijiang Studio(2005-2006). Luo Fei is an organizer and participant of numerous art exhibitions and residency projects in Yunnan, with rich experience in curation and international cross-cultural exchange. In recent years, Luo Fei has continued to pay attention to the place (Yunnan) under global mobility and upheaval, actively promoting local practice and dialogue in communities. By sorting out local clues and cases, he has reconfirmed local practices and its generated paths. Recently, Luo Fei has mainly curated exhibitions and projects such as the “Fuxian AiR” project, “Journey to Fuxian Lake”, and “After Landscape”.
