罗菲（b.1982）：策展人、写作者、“抚仙AiR”驻地计划联合发起人。
罗菲曾任昆明TCG诺地卡文化中心艺术总监（2007-2019），丽江工作室“江湖”项目总监（2005-2006）。罗菲是云南众多艺术展览、驻地项目的组织者和参与者，具有丰富的策展及国际跨文化交流经验。他近年来持续关注全球流动与剧变下的地方（云南），积极推动社群的在地实践与对话，通过梳理地方线索与个案，重新确认地方实践及其生成的路径。罗菲近期主要策划的展览及项目有“抚仙AiR”驻地计划、“大池巡游记”、“风景后”等。
Luo Fei (b. 1982): Curator, writer, and co-founder of the “Fuxian AiR” residency program. Luo Fei has been the Artistic Director of the TCG Nordica Culture Center in Kunming (2007–2019) and the Project Director for the Lijiang Studio’s “Jianghu” project (2005–2006). As a key organizer and participant in numerous exhibitions and residency programs across Yunnan, he possesses extensive experience in curation and international cross-cultural exchange. In recent years, his work has focused on the concept of “place” amidst global mobility and upheaval. He actively promotes local community practices and dialogue, re-identifying the paths of local practice and its generation by tracing regional threads and individual case studies. His recent major curatorial projects include the “Fuxian AiR” residence program, “Journey to Fuxian Lake”, and “After Landscape” etc.
